Terms and conditions

Everything we make is custom made. Please let us know your wishes, ideas and budget. We like to be challenged. Together we can make your dream cake come true! You can reach out to us to discuss your wishes.

Please keep in mind the following:

• Since everything we produce is made just for you, all sales are final.
• We need at least a one week (7 days) notice for a cake order. In wedding season we prefer 2-3 weeks notice. The order needs to be made at least one week before pickup.
• We will be happy to give you an estimate once we have all the details required. The final price can vary a little from estimate due to small price differences for ingredients.
• The pickup time and date will be discussed when finalizing order.
• Payment must be made before or at pick up with Zelle, Venmo or cash.
• Cake orders cannot be mailed or shipped. It need to be picked up by customer in Duvall, WA. Delivery within a reasonable distance from Cakes by Ilse can be discussed, but will add a delivery fee to the order.
• We ask for a deposit when order is more than $75.

All cakes, cookies and pastry are made in a home kitchen that has not been subject to standard inspection criteria. Cakes by Ilse is an official Washing State licensed cottage food kitchen.
Also, it’s made in a kitchen with equipment that also handles nuts, egg, milk, wheat and soy.
